Most repairs take 3-5 working days. Heel replacements can often be done while you wait.

Yes, we clean, condition, and replace zippers on leather handbags.
Can you cut a key without the original?
We can often cut from a working key or a code. Please bring any documentation you have.

How to Find Us
We're in the heart of Faversham, two minutes from the market square. Look for the Guildhall, then head down Market Street — we're opposite the old ironmonger's, with the brass wheel sign above the door.
From the Market Square
Walk past the Guildhall onto Market Street. We're 100 metres on the left.
From the Car Park
The Preston Street car park is a three-minute walk. Head towards the church, then turn onto Market Street.
From the Station
Faversham station is a ten-minute walk. Follow the high street towards the town centre, then turn onto Market Street.
From the A2
Follow signs for the town centre. We're on the one-way system — park and walk the last two minutes.
