01 — Our Story

A Family Tradition

Serving Faversham with pride since 1987.

From a stall to a shop

The Brass Wheel began as a single key-cutting stall in the market square. The founder, Arthur Bell, saw a need for honest, skilled work on the high street — and he built a shop around it. Three decades on, the principles haven't changed: do the job properly, charge a fair price, and treat every customer like a neighbour.

02 — Values

What We Stand For

Three principles guide every repair that leaves this shop. They're simple, but they're non-negotiable.

01

Craftsmanship

Every repair is done by hand with attention to detail. If it's worth doing, it's worth doing properly.

02

Sustainability

Repairing extends the life of your belongings and reduces waste. The most sustainable shoe is the one you already own.

Community

We know our customers by name and support local causes. A high street shop only thrives when it serves its street.
